  • Member name: enter your nickname or leave the field empty to use your wallet’s address;

  • Max. messages: specify the maximum number of messages to be displayed in the chat; each message is a blockchain transaction, which means it’s subject to a transaction fee; the total transaction fees in SOL for all messages in the chat are automatically calculated based on the entered value;

  • Private/Public: choose Private for an encrypted channel that requires authorization of new users or Public for an unencrypted, publicly available channel with unrestricted writing and reading rights;

  1. Click Create channel.

If you don’t have enough SOL, an alert will pop up. Click Get SOL to have 2 SOL airdropped to your wallet on Devnet.

  1. After the channel has been successfully created, a confirmation message will be displayed, and your channel will be added to the channel list and marked with a golden star.
